Texting n Driving Videos
This section contains videos posted online, of Driving n Texting. Some videos are dramatizations of what could possible happen if you were texting and driving and failed to be 100% aware of what's going on around your vehicle, as it basically drives out of control from lack of driver attention. Some of the videos are of accident scenes after the fact. Due to possible texting and driving circumstances. Some of the videos contain graphic scenes, that may not be suitable for those of you with a weak stomach or kind hearted. I will make a note near the specific videos warning of the content. The amount of actual drivers that are texting while driving is amazing. If you are a passenger in a vehicle just take a look around outside of the vehicle that you are in while driving to or from wherever you're going. You will be astounded by how many people do this. The scarier thing about this is that if you look you will see professional drivers doing it as well: delivery persons, law enforcement personnel, city workers, bus drivers, the list goes on. It's a crazy thing. I have a daughter that recently got her drivers license, and I am scared that other drivers who are texting and driving will not be as alert with watching the road as they should be, and will accidently go out of their lane while driving. It is a far to common practice many drivers have gotten accustom to doing while driving, instead of paying attention and driving like they should. Please do all that you can to help prevent and stop this out of hand situation, it's not just your life that you are playing with when you decide to text and drive, but the lives of others as well. And as seen in many of the graphic videos below it could actually be more lives that could be tragically lost or hurt. The Dangers of distracted driving - A
great dramatization of how it could be while texting and
driving. Teen drivers enter the roadways with the best of
intentions, lots of excitement, and by definition, with the
least amount of experience behind the wheel - add the potential
distractions of texting or talking on the phone while driving to
the equation and the situation could become dangerous, quickly.

dramatization, seems like an all too commonplace event here in
America. Especially with the teenagers, whom are always with
friends, having a good ole' time, not really paying attention to
what's going on around them and their car when they are texting
and driving. Sometimes going the speed limit, but after only a
few moments it's easy to see that the vehicle can easily and
quickly change lanes, heading into oncoming traffic. No text,
gossip, or popularity level, is worth having something like this

I think every parent should show this video to
their children, especially if they are teenagers. An Elk Grove, Calif., family is warning teens and parents about the dangers of texting n driving after an 18-year-old relative died in a head-on crash. She was text messaging and ended up changing lanes into oncoming traffic hitting a truck head-on, killing both drivers. This video has accident scene with the two vehicles and the roadway it happened on, which looked to be a rural area.
Bus driver caught on video texting n
driving - This video has been out for a while, but is
a clear sign of what can and does happen when you text and
drive. He was driving a bus with two handicapped wheelchair
bound passengers. He was traveling on a highway in Texas,
texting and driving. There are two cameras in the bus, one on
the driver, and one aiming out the front windshield. Both the
camera views show simultaneously driver texting, and traffic
ahead of the bus on the highway slowing and finally stopping to
a dead stop in the lane he was in, in-front of him on the
highway. By the time he realized the traffic had stopped, he was
still going the speed limit and was to close to stop. He locks
up the brakes for only a split moment before ramming the SUV in
front of him, and that vehicle into the next. Texting while Driving - Meet a teenage
girl who has had her drivers license for only 4-6 months, and
has ran into a guardrail, hit a curb because she was texting and
forgot to shift, doing thousands of dollars worth of damage to
her car. Nearly hit a person while driving with her little
sister in the car while she was text messaging.. She was
ticketed for going 80+ in a 55 MPH because she didn't notice her
change in speed while she was texting. And continues to use her
cell phone regularly. The incidents that happened were all
caused by her on the phone texting, she admittedly said. Even
while on the famous show Dr. Phil, she smiled and thought it
wasn't anything so bad... maybe she should look at the
first video at the top of this page ;-). Texting while driving is deadly -

you may possibly possess the skill to text and drive, the one
day that you mess up could cost you, and/or other people their
lives. It is so sad that young lives need to die unnecessarily.
